Project Overview

Full-stack fintech escrow product covering web, an internal admin dashboard, and native mobile apps. Multi-party transaction flows, deterministic dispute state machines, and audit-grade transaction logs.

Challenge

Cross-border peer-to-peer commerce in emerging markets lacks trustworthy escrow that handles disputes, multi-currency settlement, and a unified mobile + web experience.

Solution

Designed and built the full stack myself: FastAPI backend with provider-abstracted payments and deterministic dispute state machines, a Next.js marketing site, an internal admin dashboard for arbitrators, and native iOS + Android apps for buyers and sellers.

Results

Architecture and core flows across all four surfaces in active development, targeting a private beta launch — second-largest project in the portfolio after Sellavie.
