DZND Studio (earlier design)
DZND needed more than a conventional agency website. The platform had to explain a broad creative and technical practice, preserve a distinctive identity across devices, and convert interest into structured project enquiries without becoming a generic template.
I owned product direction, information architecture, interaction design, frontend implementation, deployment, and ongoing technical operation. Motion is layered over a clear content hierarchy, while business-critical actions cross a server boundary rather than exposing delivery logic in the browser. This was my design of the DZND site, and it is no longer the live one. DZND's current site is a redesign by another designer.

My part
What I built
- Translated the studio, service, campaign, portfolio, catalogue, and enquiry needs into one information architecture.
- Designed the motion language and responsive hierarchy, including pointer-led experiences and touch-safe alternatives.
- Built reusable layout, media, campaign, portfolio, and interaction components for the production frontend.
- Implemented project-enquiry and subscription delivery through server-side handlers and owned deployment and release operations.

Business actions cross a server boundary
Lead capture is normalised and checked before delivery, protecting configuration and creating a reliable boundary for retries and future routing.
The studio can evolve without a redesign
Services, campaigns, projects, and catalogue material use repeatable structures so the offer can grow on the same foundation.
What has been shown to work
- Reviewed major states across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Checked pointer-led sections against touch navigation so the experience does not depend on hover.
- Tested enquiry delivery for normal, repeated, malformed, delayed, and failed-provider cases.
- Validated the production build, domain configuration, and deployment path.
Current stage and limits
- This is my earlier design of the DZND site. It has since been replaced on dznd.studio by a redesign, which is not my work. The screens here show my version.

The content hierarchy works without motion; animation adds emphasis rather than carrying essential meaning.
Pointer-heavy interactions are isolated from core navigation and degrade to touch-safe layouts.
Enquiry requests cross a server boundary before provider delivery, keeping credentials and routing logic out of the browser.
Bounded inputs, duplicate-request protection, and defensive errors keep lead capture predictable under retries and provider delay.
