Leadership and delivery scope
I led assigned technical delivery within DZND Labs. DZND owns the work product and creative direction; this case study is limited to the public release, commerce, and event surfaces.
Architecture
System flow
- Next.js public routes share typed product, release, event, and order contracts.
- Server-side workflows own checkout confirmation and ticket state rather than trusting browser redirects.
- Responsive media and reusable page primitives support campaign updates without rebuilding the application shell.
Technical contribution
- Implemented the public release, editorial, merchandise, event, checkout, and ticket-delivery interfaces.
- Designed technical boundaries between public presentation, commerce state, event records, and operational workflows.
- Integrated payment, email, and ticketing services while keeping private provider configuration out of the client surface.
Engineering highlights
- Expanded a release website into a broader commerce and event product without fragmenting the user experience.
- Implemented explicit ticket and checkout states across discovery, purchase, delivery, and access journeys.
- Built defensive failure and retry paths for provider-dependent customer actions.
Security and privacy
- Payment and ticket outcomes are confirmed through server-controlled workflows.
- Customer records, provider credentials, private operations, and internal tooling are excluded from this case study.
Validation and results
The live public website and its published DZND preview are the only evidence presented in this case study.
